Shipping is to your front door. The weight of the item is 245-400 pounds. If you need to add a lift gate please notify us at time of purchase and we can add it to your order for an additional $75.00. If you do not choose a lift gate please have someone there to unload item at time of delivery. We will not approve a lift gate after the order has been shipped.
